Participating casually in lawfare by dragging out due process. Life is finite. Holding defendants in a legal limbo is not ethical unless there is serious need to do so for the purpose of justice being done.

Agreed. The arguments at mandamus had people uncertain about what would happen, but the court's actions up to and after showed they weren't happy with Sullivan. The granting of the rehearing en banc certainly gave pause to those who thought it was over, but, once again, the court's actions sure seem to indicate they are not happy with Sullivan.JJMt said:

He could have prepared much better and didn't move the needle AT ALL in exposing Yates' involvement. I'm a bit disappointed in that exchange.

It's been long suspected that Flynn was part of "the group of 10" and his OP ed writing styles and wording are very similar.
First time poster, but have been following this thread since about Page 15.
One of the most maddening responses over and over by these "Career Public Servants" that Sen. Hawley does a good job of pointing out is the BS response of "Knowing now, what I didn't know then, I would not have done.... Fill in the blank".
That is the lamest/ deflecting blame response that only someone who has been in government their whole life & has never been held accountable for anything in their career can say with a straight face. The complete lack of second guessing anything that was put in front of these people & rubber stamped to continue on is the exact reason the government should be in charge of as few things as possible.
I hope Durham finds everything on anyone from either side who was pushing false agendas & I hope they have their lives destroyed like they have done to countless others in their "Public Service" fraud careers.

And those are things civilians (non-government workers) could never get away with claiming. "Intent" and "if I had known..." if it's illegal, it's illegal. People need to go to jail.
