What do you guys think of platonic relationships when your married? Do you think they can work, or are they just dangerous?

I'm not a fan of his overall worldview, but you can't deny that Nietzsche had a a few quotes that cut straight to the truth:

Of course they can work, if they are truly platonic. It issue is entirely whether the particular relationship in question actually is.

Some portions of the Christian church did a terrible disservice over the last 20 years convincing people they can't be in the same room as anyone of the opposite sex without cheating on their spouse or somehow ripping each others' clothes off.
