Can you source that St John Chrysostom quote? I can only find the quote but never where he said it. I'd like to read the context if possible.

Divine Victim is a really interesting phrase that I think I need to consider a bit. My knee jerk reaction is that i don't like it..because it makes Christ seem like he didnt have agency...

I think it is reference to him being the Lamb of God. Not to infer that he was a helpless victim if that helps.

I spent all afternoon looking and I can't find it either. I have read 6 of 8 homilies on the Jews, so I will let you know if I can find it.
