Is it fair to say that the life of any human being is a conglomeration of choices in which choice reigns supreme?

Where choice is only hampered by any kind/form of outside resistance, given one's abilities.

Humans cannot choose to be on earth in one second, then on Mars the next. Humans DO have the ability to choose to abandon their young on a whim whereas birds, who have historically cared for and nurtured their young, do NOT have that ability to make that choice, the c u c k o o (auto-filter) bird being an exception.
