Doing great! Sharing some of my life with others right now.



By Tuesday, these platelets will be bedside next to a strangers hospital bed keeping them alive.

Work is exciting as we moved to east Texas for a new opportunity (same organization) but new position.

Wife and kids are healthy and happy.

I can't complain. God is good.

Had the privilege to attend a 3 day training session on Frontline project management, estimation, and finance this week with a high caliber group of people.

I may not always know what tomorrow will bring, but I know for a fact that it will at least give me something new to learn. God is good.

Start of today was great. Grocer had ribs on sale. Buy one rack get a rack free.

I'm excited as it means beer, bbq and hanging with family all afternoon.


And then I overcooked the ribs. Got busy and forgot to take them off smoker. Bottom of ribs charred and could only eat top cap...Ugh. Thankfully wife's homemade potato salad includes bacon and jalapeos... able to save dinner.

I don't know. Work has been good, but life is difficult. I don't feel like I'm fulfilling my vocation, I've been skipping church, my dog won't eat and I think that she's on her last days. It's not all doom and gloom; I have so much to be thankful for..I just feel a bit lost.

Prayers would be appreciated.

She's gone home. I hardly remember a time when I didn't have her by my side. I am devastated but I know she had such a good life. Never could ask for a better dog.
