Stumbled across a trailer on youtube earlier and decided to check out the website. Looks like they went through great effort to make sure the movie was as scripturally sound as possible. I know Christian themed movies tend to be lower budget and don't have the greatest track record, but this one actually looks somewhat promising to me.
I have always thought that the story of Saul/Paul would make for a great movie...not just in terms of his conversion and transition from homicidal zealot to a person who risked his life to share the message of Christ's love...but because this dude went through it all. Stonings, beatings, imprisonment, shipwrecks etc. His faith was likely evidenced by countless scars and many broken bones.
Hoping for a solid film that doesn't deviate too much from scripture...
