"Only through the achievement of the constructive use of power can people better themselves."

The fear of popular use of power is reflected in what has become the motto of Liberals. We agree with your objectives, but not your tactics."

"Organized people can achieve limitless objectives; only through the achievement and constructive use of power, can people better themselves. Nothing can be lifted or moved except through power."

As much as people bash liberals on this forum, I am awestruck of these quotes by this man.

Perhaps this was the force behind the civil rights movement and the march on Washington and other movements of the sort.

I found this gem of a program on Channel 562, EWTN, "A Wolf In Sheep's Clothing"

I haven't studied those movements so this will probably be horribly ignorant. I suppose that power can be used for good. Those statements sound ends absent, but seem to instead focus on the means of achieving an objective. I definitely can't say that the left then or now has lacked the means to achieve it's objectives.

Well this program took a turn:

Frankfurt socialism begat The Institute for Social Research which begat 1923 Vladmir Lenin which begat Cultural Marxism which begat Critical theory begat political correctness which begat pansexualism which begat gramsci socialism which begat fabian socialism

What a roundabout way to destroy a capitalist, democratic, free enterprise society from within.

Saul Alinsky was a writer who wrote what most people and groups in the 60s were already doing. This idea that "Rules for Radicals" is some all-present handbook that explains every action on the modern center-left is an absolute joke intended only to further "other" American liberals to conservatives.

And the whole conspiracy about the Frankfurt School is just embarrassing.

"better themselves" in whose eye's?" would be my next question.
