Both? All of the speakers are Lutheran, so it's definitely going to have that slant.
Last year's conference, these were the talks:
Dr. Larry Rast of Concordia Theological Seminary
Making the Case for the Conservative Reformation
Rev. Chris Rosebrough of Fighting for the Faith
Making the Case for the Means of Grace
Adriane Dorr Heins of The Lutheran Witness
Making the Case for Biblical Womanhood
Rev. Bryan Wolfmueller of Table Talk Radio
Making the Case for a Biblical View of the End Times
Rev. Jonathan Fisk of Worldview Everlasting TV
Making the Case for the Lord's Prayer
Dr. Carl Fickenscher of Concordia Theological Seminary
Making the Case for Law and Gospel Preaching
It'll be a little different this year of course, but from that line up I'd be really really excited for Wolfmueller and Rast and pretty stoked about everyone but Rosebrough. However, on that subject, I think he'd give a good talk too.
