It wasn't on TV very much for a while because of how cruel they are to JLC for a while in the movie. Make her feel like **** when she didn't do anything wrong.

But it is incredibly hilarious. I'm not sure there's ever been a performance by someone universally hated that suddenly comes up gold like Tom Arnold.

Plus, there's a friggin Charlton Heston cameo.

Also, Arnold attempting to be a normal human having fun with his family is sort of horrifying.
