After seeing the rest of the votes, Turner probably wishes he could switch his vote to Taylor. The crazy Twitter fans are probably already leaving bad reviews for the Rug Shack again.

I probably did, I'm guessing a LGBTQ+ person won? I certainly don't have room in my brain for remembering that ***** That said, 4 years ago is an eternity and before twitter really blew up so it's like it never happened…and it was probably just a regular run of the mill gay man…that's not good enough for 2022, or 2023 for season 25.

They did. But unlike last season, production let it play out. But the houseguests treated Kyle dirty over nothing.

I was happy he finally had a little backbone and said people will see the truth when they watch the show back

Good for Taylor, she knew her audience and nailed the jury management aspect. People vote for stories and she leaned into hers and made the right moves at the end.

She nailed jury management in the aspect of she did nothing to have pissed them off because she had no major contributions. What right moves in the end? The last two weeks she made no moves. Everything was Monte and Turner, she wanted Brittany to stay last week you'll remember.

What if Monte had intentionally lost to Turner in part 3 of the HOH? Risky, but how do you think would that have played out? He would have Taylor's vote because she wouldn't be pissed at him since it wouldn't have been his choice to evict her.

This is very simple: Monte thought he did enough to win the game regardless who was next to him. And he should've been right. Where Monte miss calculated is the "black female" angle.

For God sake, his entire speech was about "who do you want to be the face of bb24"... Which played directly into Taylor's speech

Yeah this is my last year. This was shady af. I knew from the beginning with how that "worked out" Taylor was the one that would "win."

I would love if it became a contest again and not a social justice platform.

If by "run of the mill gay man" you mean a Hispanic lesbian then yes that's exactly what happened.

Also, now I'm curious, what is a run of the mill gay man? Are they like a top or bottom?

She wanted Turner out because it made her path easier to final 2, but knew either way it didn't matter because she was already safe because she had WON HOH that week.

If things are going the way you want and others are already doing your bidding, why change things? She knew she had half the jury votes locked in.

Again Monty making such a big miscalculation to not see that was a good representation if his season. Don't talk to me how he "deserved" to win when dude can't even be bothered to get downstairs for a veto before finishing his bubble bath.

I think Monty's decision to not see that and take her over Turner was a perfect encapsulation of his season. He was a good social player and opportunistic in comps, but misread so many situations and it finally caught up to him. Also, you have all the time to prep your responses to jury questions and that's what landed on?!
Certainly, Taylor's big move of spreading her legs for Monte helped seal the deal for Monte to take her to the end.

Ok sure, Filipino lesbian, whatever. That is better than a regular white gay married man (aka run of the mill, ex: Michael), but what "they" are really going to want now is a transgender cross dressing non-binary bisexual with non-traditional pronouns to win. Which is great, I'm all for anyone having the chance to win…I just won't let my kids watch that 3x a week thinking it's "normal" behavior.

I think Monte was so focused on making a "Big Move" that he definitely did not count the jury votes prior to canning Turner or was naive that the best player would automatically win. You could see the surprise in his face as the votes were counted and also after Julie revealed the other votes were also for Taylor. He should have at least known that bt taking Taylor that he would not have Indy, Jasmine, Brittney or Michael., and probably not Alyssa. He and Turner resume were close, odds would have been 50/50 taking Turner. He will have to live with regret.

He would've won if he took Turner, I think that's almost assured. Just off the top of my head, I think Indy, Jasmine, Alyssa, and Brittany would've automatically voted against Turner, no matter who the other opponent was. I suspect Michael and Kyle would've also voted against Turner.

Monte beats Turner in a landslide. I think he just got cocky and fell back into that "everyone hates Taylor" mindset and thought there was no way the jury would vote for her. I mean, he just told her recently that he sees why Daniel and Nicole didn't like her.

His jury answers and the speech were also disasters. He gave the same crap answer about not protecting Michael and Brittany for two different questions.

You need at least 3 more posts proclaiming that you are quitting the show before you can actually quit, though.

Just finished finale. Haven't read all the posts but sure they are similar.

This show is DONE. It won't go on past season 25.

There will never be another vote decided on anything but gender or race ever again.

Dumb ass show.

Her speech was a JOKE

It's been an amazing ride. But I refuse to keep watching bull**** once I know I see it. Someone else start the thread next year.

And now I see this. Agreed. Waste of time. F Julie and her air hugs and F big brother.

Terrible way for the season to end. Overbite won as perhaps one of the least deserving winners. Oh well.

Most of this game is a social game. Comps are won to further your social game. Taylor was the better social player. Know your audience (jury)

None of the final 3 actually knew the audience from just playing in the house other than Turner and Jasmine. That's the issue. It wasn't like any of the final 3 had some crazy jury situation. Hell most everyone in jury **** on Taylor in some way at some point during the game. There were no major crazy house divides that left a bad taste in people's mouths, it was all production influenced nonsense. I also feel like had Kyle not been voluntarily castrated he could have made an argument for Monte or Turner in the final week of jury and Alyssa/Indy and more would have listened. But there was no choice for future social media or reality show opportunities other than to get in step and do what was suggested.

Why was Julie remote last night but family members all got to come onto the stage as well as non-jury evicted houseguests?

Also lol that they didn't even bother letting Nicole say a word.

Didn't think of that angle but you are right, as soon as Kyle was accused of being a racist and had to prostrate himself upon the altar of wokeness, any influence he had in the game was done.

Yep. He didn't have to, but he definitely chose to. Given CBS bringing the Challenge over to their network, using old Survivor, BB, Love Island cast mates more and more, Kyle is a media ***** so it makes sense he would toe the line.

BB is just one part of a larger machine of casting reality stars.

It's been the biggest issue i've had with the show along with the explosion of social media. That's fine that they're going to focus more on people who want to make a career out of being d-listers who can do promotions and appearances on the cheap for reality shows which crush ratings and have low overall production costs. But I'm a pure fan of the game's setup...it was so much more fun when everyone in the house was just playing a game knowing they'd all leave and return to their private life after. We get maybe 3 or 4 out of 16 HG's that fit that mold these days.

Speaking of Kyle...what is yalls thought that he was in the top running of Americas Favorite?

Also, Do you believe Taylor actually won that?

I just don't trust anything that isn't a shown open vote, too easy for production to just lie so the fact of who the top 3 was surprised me

I believe most TV shows with voting use a third party to handle it. But perusing the BB site it doesn't seem like they do. In fact, they reserve the rate to basically stop the vote or disqualify votes if they think fraud is being committed at their sole discretion. So, yes, theoretically they could hand pick the top 3 and winner.

I kept telling my wife Kyle was going to win the favorite vote. I figured it would come down to Kyle, Turner and Alyssa. Maybe Monte. He easily had the most likable personality outside of them painting him as a big racist. Similar situation to Cody winning it years back and everyone on the show being shocked. Taylor didn't do a single thing all season other play the race card and sleep with the HOH when she needed to. Convenient it was literally only shown when she was really in danger to go home.

I watched this show in the background pretty much all season after last year but really after the Kyle witch-hunt. My wife held strong, but she's pissed after watching the finale.

CBS has manipulated this show for a very long time. It is the main reason I stopped watching regularly. The season with Evil Dick and his estranged daughter had many obvious rigs. He would have been voted out early if not for help from the show. He knew a lot of famous people and I think he was connected to the producer somehow.

Then I popped back in when Paul was brought back, he couldn't be voted out the first 3 weeks.
Then they rigged Celebrity BB so Omarosa couldn't be voted out the first week as they probably figured she would be the first.

I am with many of you that this was the final straw. Not even peeking at this show ever again. Kyle was strategizing based on the previous season's race strategy by the Cookout and got neutered for thinking out loud.
