I'm interested in taking up a hobby and have always wanted to learn to play the piano. I can just buy something on amazon but figured I'd also see if anyone has an electric keyboard laying around that they'd like to part with. My main thing is that I'd like a full size 88 with weighted action keys. Beyond that not picky. I am located in Katy but travel to BCS/ DFW fairly often.

I have a Yamaha MO6 that I could part with. It's literally 10 years old, but the Motif series is built like a tank. There are only 61 keys and they're semi-weighted. You'd be making a trade-off there, but getting a full keyboard workstation (versus a digital piano only).

I'm currently learning the piano as well. I am really enjoying The Playground Sessions App and its methodology for learning the piano. Quincy Jones is a co-creator.
