I thought it was much faster-pace than Making a Murderer. Prosecutor of Ada sure comes off as a POS.

Reminded me a lot of my hometown during that same era.

To be fair, the book and the documentary are both based on the same real-life events.

I liked it enough but still felt it was too long. Could have trimmed it down by 2 full eps imo. Multiple portions of interviews with various townspeople and folks like Grisham were just repeated in different episodes. Felt like they were struggling to fill time.

Great look into small town criminal justice, poverty, low iq and everything that goes with it.

Interesting story and fairly interesting documentary. Totally agree that it's too long, by at least one episode. They tell the story so slowly that the point the filmmakers are trying to make almost gets lost. Having grown up in the Texoma region, I can believe that there are a lot of towns like Ada.
