The first 2/3 of that teaser are meh with Elsa and the waves, and the last 1/3 really does not give anything to discuss.
Yes, it will stoke the Frozen 2 fires, but there is not much to dwell on there.
They will be back to damage control on Aladdin soon enough, and I am guessing they will delay it like you suggested.
