I was worried about the "culture diversity segment" but they showed a good point of view, even though I still don't think bayleigh understands that everything she said is equally as offensive.
I was a bit worried how harsh Sam was being this week, but her speech was to the point and was accurate. However haleigh still doesn't get it (she blames Sam for the words and how her family perceives it... Uhh they can watch this on TV 24/7) and I think it's pointless to try to get Kaitlyn to understand something.

Rockstar is just the worst kind of person. Always the victim and mentally weak.
JC is pretty good at this game. He's also way smarter than I ever would have expected and he handled that situation as well as anyone could. You can tell that he has been in this situation before.

I think she handled it well. Sure she was upset but she removed herself from the room but still talked to JC after it that night... so there was no outrage, she was upset about it and talked about it. If anything, she was simply ignorant about the term and didn't know it was such a derogatory term towards little people. JC used good examples but used the actual word instead of N-word because he himself was triggered by the simple use of a word as well. So both were 'triggered' by the mere use of a word regardless of context. They talked about it and both got an understanding of each others views without compromising their own. I'm actually glad the stars aligned how they did for the slur segment. I had a recent conversation with a normally calm black colleague very similar to this about the unbridled power associated with the n-bomb, but all other slurs are afforded context. Black colleague basically took bayleighs pov, which is that the n-bomb is more equal than others.
