Sounds like a fish out of water in reverse. I'm sure he thinks he has the survival skills gene and roots. He probably narrowly escapes death about 11 times by pure luck.

I agree with this. We've had three movies, two of which are almost unwatchable. Danny McBride can be great as a supporting character, but his humor can get old quickly with too much screen time. As much as I love the original, I'll be surprised if this ends up being any good.
There's absolutely no way this is a real movie. Something like this doesn't fly under the radar and certainly doesn't release marketing materials without at least crediting a director, of which this does not. I'm with SP... it's likely leading up to some kind of Super Bowl spot.

i have to give it to Chris Hemsworth. he hasn't just rested on his Marvel paychecks and seems to not take himself too seriously with things like this, Ghostbusters, or Vacation. they may suck, but he doesn't mind being comic relief.

Never heard of them. A quick Google search says they did the previous two Dundee films, but something about even that info feels off.

What if this really is a movie, and it starts out with McBride venturing into the Australian Outback with Hemsworth....
