Saw today. Liked it. Much better than 3 or 4, not as good as 1 or 2, but still enjoyable. Love the knights angle too.

The butler was the best.
I hated the last one. Liked this one quite a bit. Probably helped that my son is a huge transformers fan, but we all had fun with the. I do.

It kind of sounds like reverse Japanamation. The issues discussed are issues that plague imported movies from Asia to the U.S., but in this instance the film is made in the U.S. and shot in English, so it is screwing with our brains. Does that make sense?
I haven't seen the movie but that sounds highly plausible from what I've heard.

My friend just told me that Shia Lebouf and Megan Fox are now out of it. Does that mean they are all standalone movies now? Did they kill off their characters? Does Optimus and BumbleBee think it's Shia and Megan?
Fox was only in the first two. She signed for the third, but then dropped out after a spat/disagreement with Bay. She was replaced with a brand new love interest/character played by Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. The third movie was Shia's last, as his "arc" was basically complete at that point.

While completely nonsensical and probably the worst edited film I've ever seen it was more entertaining that some of the others in this series.

I'm a sucker for these flicks. What's wrong with mindless fun? The last one was all over the place. This one was... I have no idea. Seriously, what the hell was that?
So many plot holes I don't know where to begin. So many scenes that had no point. Lol... It was almost entertaining because of how bad it was.
I'm sure nobody cares to look, but I've defended this series as fun in this thread. But I'm pretty much done at this point. They aren't even trying in terms of story telling. Lol, it was so bad!
