He got sent home a few months ago because he wasn't happy with his push and he got into it some with management (I think). I'm pretty sure he is basically waiting for his contract to end so he can go elsewhere.

He was officially released back in August.

Since then he's had his name legally changed to Ryback Reeves.

I still remember having recorded the Nitro where he won the title. Couldn't watch it live because I was at my brother's little league all star game. We both went ape **** when he won it, and so did my dad (the only time he ever really reacted at all to it)
