Goals could be personal development goals, career goals, health goals etc.
I have been doing it for about 3-4 years and I end up meeting about 75-80% of them. I plan on doing it this year as well and it works as a roadmap for the year.
I suggest you take some time in December to come up with a about 5 goals in each area you want to focus on. Put them down in a text file and save it on your desktop or somewhere accessible. Look at it every 2 weeks to refocus.
