Goals could be personal development goals, career goals, health goals etc.

I have been doing it for about 3-4 years and I end up meeting about 75-80% of them. I plan on doing it this year as well and it works as a roadmap for the year.

I suggest you take some time in December to come up with a about 5 goals in each area you want to focus on. Put them down in a text file and save it on your desktop or somewhere accessible. Look at it every 2 weeks to refocus.

Yes. Visible abs by Memorial Day weekend. It's frigging miserably strict diet at my age to get that last little bit. It's only going to get tougher every year so might as well go for broke in 2023. Basically means no almost alcohol and carb restrictions all spring.

One more month running 100 miles and cycling 200 miles each month for a year. Will probably try and up the miles on both for next year.

I made a binder last year for goals and goals tracking and basically did nothing with it.

this year, I just need to survive to May because life will be too hectic to handle anything else.

My actual goal is to hit 2500 miles ran next year. Should hit 2000 this year if all goes well.

I've done it for years and years. I collect a ton of magazines. I make a collage of all my goals , write all over the back, put the year and then laminate. Pretty neat to watch it change every single year. Vision Boards
