My "go to" at Collin Street is apricot pecan cake. It's excellent.

Apple Cinnamon Pecan Cake , Texas Blonde, Pineapple Pecan, & Cherry Fudge Pecan - to die for.

You can get the "damaged ones for a fraction of the cost. The damaged ones are usually just missing a few pecans on the top or something.

Love going to the bakery and getting their pralines and cherry icebox cookies.

I made my grandmother's Bishop's Bread for a neighbor a few days ago. It was always a Christmas tradition in my family. It's sort of like a fruit cake - has candied cherries, dates, walnuts, pecans and chocolate chunks.
