I'm not sure even the talent of the GB ladies could overcome 1-22 from behind the arc. At home, no less. Yikes.

~Upgraded to business class for our first solo trip without our adorable toddler and my amazing neighbor offered to take my son to school everyday when my husband is gone for 2.5 weeks. Gosh she is THE BEST!!!!!
~I hope tomorrow brings another relaxing day at work and I can take a lunch power nap

I got feedback from my prof today on the first assignment I turned in for a memoir writing class that I'm taking. I nearly cried - it was the first bit of goodness that I've felt in awhile.

She wrote, "I am one hundred percent checked in to this and I have no notes at present except to wonder if and how it fits in with the larger story you're here to tell. And for that I have to be patient, so this is me being AS PATIENT AS POSSIBLE."

I wrote about the time I asked my grandmother what the word sodomy meant.

Today my bottle baby pup got a new family and I'm super happy about it.

We recently had a baby that was born with a clubbed foot. Yesterday was our 2nd appt at Scottish Rite to get a new cast. The Drs were very happy with the progress after the 1st cast. It was a good day.
