Buy her 12 t-shirts related to her favorite show or series or hobby, and send her one each month of the year. Bonus for her is one more t-shirt means one more day to put off laundry.

I did this for an uncle with Seinfeld t-shirts. He'd send me a text every time one arrived in the mail. It was fun because it's more than a one-time gift and shows the person you're thinking about them all throughout the year.
