25 years ago when I was running Marathons my resting heart rate was around 60.
Now it's around 72...but that's due to the Blood Pressure medication I'm taking. Without that it would probably be 10-15 points higher.
Have never gotten this confirmed, but was told Lance Armstrong's heart rate was something like 40 when he competed.
I am assuming these are all apple watch "resting" heart rates while sleeping. I'm pretty sure your sleeping heart rate doesn't count as your resting heart rate though. Mine shows 46 and i guarantee its no where near that at any point while I am awake.Flashdiaz said:
