Howdy Ags,

Help A&M Students and Beat the Longhorns!

In light of the recent February winter storm that left new financial burdens and unexpected costs on many of our Texas A&M students, we are excited to share that the Student Government Associations here at Texas A&M has partnered* (This is friendly competition. However, we don't like losing any type of competition, especially those against the Longhorns!) with our counterpart at UT-Austin to launch Maroon and Orange: Texas Tough! A collaboration and competition between Texas A&M University and the University of Texas at Austin.

Contributions to this campaign would support the Texas A&M University Student Emergency Fund and directly benefit Aggie students by providing small grants to cover costs outside of traditional tuition and fees. Specifically, you could help support relief for students who are faced with temporary relocation costs, replacing lost groceries, home or vehicle damage, or recurring bills that might be difficult due to recent lost work hours and wages.

Short and simple: We as Aggies can step up to help our own (plus beat UT, who have currently raised more funds than us!). Your donations will help current students and help fulfill the greatest of all of Texas A&M's traditions: Aggies helping other Aggies. Raising more funds is just an added bonus!

Most importantly, Pass it Back, Ags! You can support by visiting our SpiritofGiving.tamu.edu page or share it easier with the link Tx.Ag/TexasTough. You have until Wednesday, March 10th to share and support!

Thanks, Gig' Em, and help us #BTHOStormRelief,
