They need to update their menu and bring back the A1 thick and hearty burger permanently.

So it looks like everyone other fast food chain "updates." But this time ORANGE!!!
I was about to say that I feel like this is multiple fast food redesigns I've seen that all seem to look the same. Some fast food design consulting firm is doing real well without having to be all that creative.
I think it's a lot of firms. The video does a good job of explaining the cultural trends that are driving these changes. A lot of quick service restaurants were designed around speed and not comfort of the guest. Then places like Panera, etc. started popping up where people can get quick food but feel like they are in a nicer, more mature environment. Traditional fast food places have lost ground to these types of "fast casual" places. So the rebrand, redesign, menu tweaking is in response to market forces. They want more people to consider them when they are looking for a place to go inside and sit down to eat.
