Are you using gift cards or coupons at restaurants? What about other places that have been hit the hardest with shut downs?

I have like $600 in various restaurant gift cards saved from over the years. Also have a free haircut service certificate I won in a raffle. Been hesitant to use since COVID.

If you feel guilty, then buy alcohol. Most places don't include alcohol in gift cards and that's a restaurant's biggest profit. Also, tip the server well.

I'm no accountant, but I thought that a business couldn't count gift cards as revenue until they're actually spent. It could be helping them to spend them.
