Pros. Zero anxiety and less giving a f. Coffee is 10' away and so is the bathroom. Workin shorts and flip flops. Work when productive and less bs busy work. Not seeing a couple of *******s on a daily basis.

Cons. Not many. Maybe more separation from work and life.
