The habanero plays nice with pork and quail.
Another one that I make myself does as well. Mix equal parts balsamic vinegar with blackberry (or dewberry) jam. Mix in a blender then reduce in a sauce pan until it coats the back of a spoon. Good with meats, salads/veggies, and vanilla ice cream.
