SUV disappeared after driving off of cliff. Two separate witnesses in different cars saw it happen and one had a dash cam video that shows it going off. Where did it go?

The pics of the area make it seem like the vehicle would have landed in shallow water. Perhaps it floated long enough to be drug out to sea.

The police and rescue workers showed up within a half hour. (remote area or would have been there sooner)

Why didn't they find anything when they scoured the area?
