BearX is the entire complex, which is not yet finished. It will eventually have a conference center, 5 star restaurant, coffee bar, & lounge.

The Cove is the lazy river swimming pool attached to BearX. It has been open for 2 years now. In addition to the lazy river, it has a a swim up bar, private bungalows with private pools & pitcher services, flat screen TVs,etc. There is also a surf machine that looks pretty bad-ass (never been brave enough to try it).

During the summer, they frequently have live music at The Cove.

BearX sounds like an adult site catering to burly gentlemen.
