• Sooooo tired. Woke up in middle of night for a few hours and couldn't go back to sleep.
• Training again today. Nothing like sitting on your butt for 3 days straight.
• Yeah that's all I have. Lots of caffeine today.

I slept horribly last night. Im pretty sure my lunch will consist of a nap

Add me to the list of exhausted. Work dinner last night included some drinking. Seem's in my old age I do not sleep well when I drink. :-(

Car alarm, three separate ambulances woke my wife and I up during the night. Crappy sleep.

Lots of work coming in, short staffed in the lab with one of the technicians out and our commercial department nonexistent.

Road trip this weekend to Ohio for some much needed R&R!

Get a hair cut

Not a great day today but I got a big box of treats and goodies from home and it is awesome!
