Was a C-section baby, so probably dead at birth.
Dead at 8 by shellfish. Otherwise I'm pretty robust.

I likely wouldn't have survived childhood.
Damaged hearing, missing end of a finger and a few teeth, probably would have gotten some food borne illness or something, but outside a communicable disease or tetanus, I might be OK.

A couple of pretty decent accidents...almost cut a thumb off, hand burned on a lawnmower muffler...that would have gotten infected. I wouldn't have made it past the age of 5.

Abdominal Sepsis in Indonesia at age 26.
Of course I might not have ever gotten sepsis if I hadn't lived my whole life being around refrigeration, basic hygiene, and food preparation standards. My body would have been ready for the repeated food poisoning I got over there.

First off, I am an identical twin and they were looked on with suspicion because they believed that only animals had multiple births and often killed the mother and offspring due to having sex with animals. So not an auspicious start 
Otherwise, asthma at birth as well as other issues would have pretty much assured me the life expectancy of a house fly.

Would've tripped over something without glasses and died. Or pet something I shouldn't have and it would've eaten me.
