Drinking wine out of a Pringles can is not the lowest you can go:

Think I can top that, maybe...

Was at a Starbucks by my office at around 8:15 AM and some homeless guy barged in and was accosting the customers, saying things like "WHAT'RE YOU LOOKING AT?" and randomly shouting "racism!" in the store for no reason. Clearly wasted. Police show up shortly thereafter and arrest him for presumably a PI at like 8:30 AM on a weekday morning.
