Needs more punctuation, silent letters, and Y's. People won't know you're creative unless you spell it E'Lyzzah.
It's cute. However, you deserve a muff punch if you shorten her name in any shape or form.
It's no "Lopenthorpe," that's for sure
They're going to call her lizzy. Wait, they're going to call her "Ly'zee"
I like it but it will be very popular for the next few years due to Hamilton. Not sure if that matters to you but fyi.

I guess it could be shortened to Lizzy, but Eliza is already kind of short itself.
I am aware of Hamilton, but for that character her name is actually Elizabeth. She was apparently also sometimes called Betsy.

Toucan is a good name for a boy or girl.

My daughter's name is Claire Elizabeth. We went with that rather than Elizabeth Claire, because we didn't want her to be called E-Claire (like the pastry). Instead she was called Claire Bear when she was little.
Our son arrives in June, hopefully. We are going with Tate or Tatem. My wife doesn't know it yet, but I will call him Tater.
Alexander Hamilton loved Angelica, he tolerated Eliza and learned to love her because he couldn't have Angelica.

So like a lot of others have suggested, something more like Y'lyghzzja or Elyjjiah would be better.
