If you want to know exactly how much time you spend and on which apps, iPhone has a feature under the battery settings. It will tell you either how much time for the last 24 hours or last 7 days. Just click on the little clock symbol for the actual time spent on specific apps/features. I'm sure Android phones have something similar. Will open your eyes to how much time you waste on your phone.

Download the app called "RealizD". It tracks how many times you open your phone per day, and the total number of minutes or hours your screen is on during the day. You'll be shocked at how many times you open your phone on a daily basis.
