Honestly, seems like it would really be tiring after awhile as a country songwriter spending all your time trying to come up with some 'clever' hook, instead of just writing something good. The actual music is almost always exactly the same, so at least they don't have to even think about that part of it, so the other 90% of your day is just thinking of how you could build a song around some ****ty pun.
