OMG in college I had a mild crush on this guy in one of my classes and one weekend my folks came to visit, and being from NJ my mom didn't know how to pump gas so she asked a random boy at the gas station for help...my crush...so on Monday he was like, "So I met your mom..."

She apparently told him who her daughter was and my life story in total mom fashion.

My story had no point except that the norm is that moms are super embarrassing. Nothing happened with the guy OBVIOUSLY since my mom made me look like a dork.

Yes, you can't pump your own gas in NJ so I never operated a gas pump til I moved out of state.
