I've driven to San Diego. Lots and lots of flat, at least where the roads are.

And I drive right through the HC every time I go to visit my dad down by Bandera. Lots and lots of hills (I think that's why they call it the Hill Country).

It's Verizon's problem. They have **** service from like Llano to Junction to San Angelo

Verizon sold a bunch of tower assets several years ago in the western Texas Hill country, then tried to go back later and lease space and spectrum to re-establish their coverage, and found that it costs a lot more and is a lot more spectrum limited than they thought, so it is taking them a long time to get good coverage back.
