Water or Gatorade now might help. I usually drink one glass of water for every 2 beers. Very rare that I wake up with a hangover when keeping to that.

If I'm ever sober enough to type coherently (and contemplate the possibility of a hangover), I probably won't have a hangover assuming I don't drink a good bit more later...

I find that if I stick to Patron and drink enough water I have no hangover even if I drink a whole fifth. Quality of alcohol is important.

Smart Water & a swig of pickle juice

Or anything with electrolytes and a little sodium. Lots of regular fluid for dehydration, bananas or potassium, and an antacid. Also, go to the bathroom (especially #2) and clear the toxins.

Your liver will thank you.
