30, but that was w/ a bonus. I didn't start professional work until 26 though because of grad school, etc.

Never have, but the wife and I are both close plus we are DINK and in a low cost of living area, which puts us pretty far ahead of most single income low six figure families with kids to fund.

If my company's executives had decided to give everyone bonuses instead of just themselves, at 27. Still waiting on a bonus. Guess the salary reduction wasn't enough.
The bigger question is if your savings and investments are making six figures for you or not. That's how we know if you work hard, or work smart.
I never will in my current position and im ok with that. My wife however makes much more than i do so i got that going for me

Getting the experience that I need to land somewhere better. Hopefully it happens this year.

Yeah. Expanded my search to other cities, too. Had an interview last fall with a company in Dallas but they salary was below my current one, and you already know about the one in Conroe.
26, then I left that job because I was miserable.
