Excellent point. I only feel sorry for the social media person if they have a laundry list of comebacks they aren't allowed to use because Cracker Barrel won't let them. A hokey restaurant chain that caters to my dead grandparents isn't exactly going to afford a lot of humor in their social media interaction.
