A good laugh for the day. I love their gay push ups and sit ups.

I like how a couple of the idiot newscasters bought into it all. When they were doing Choco Milk Jug Curls, they ask the male newscaster if he can feel the burn, and he goes "oh, YEAH!" like he was surprised at how burny it was.

Then during Basket Stomp Reps (so randomly awesome, by the way), female newscaster is actually looking/acting impressed.

The stick throwing is hilarious!

Loved it when the partner tried handing him one, and the guy throwing mumbled "little too big" so he went on to the next one.

I don't know why but the counting was hilarious.
