It's such bull**** when cops arrest someone sleeping in their car for a DWI.
I have family in Albuquerque, and looking at the map - I think that is a rough part of town. Does her car double as her office by chance?
The cop sounds like a real badass millenial lawman.

People used to do this kind of stuff to me on DWI stops. It was hilarious. I would just step back and let my camera record the fun.

had a friend friend sleeping in the back seat of his truck. CSPD broke open the window to go gain entry and "see if he was alright". then gave him a PI.
