I posted this last week on a different thread, but, his restaurant was the worst restaurant in Las Vegas I've ever eaten. I suppose the guy must know a thing or two about bad food

You might not like his food but he sure as hell knows how to run a restaurant better than you.

I invested in a restaurant, I didn't open it or run it. We had a store shut down 4-5 years ago. The business has been profitable since that location closed and I've made my investment back. We just did a big re-model late last year and growth vs was up 20% in January.
