I truly dislike it currently but much of that is just where we are in this project. At a tough stage, understaffed, etc. And the general approach to management/leadership at my company is totally ****ed up.

New things are coming up that will make work enjoyable again. I'd consider looking but I'm on a good track here and they pay me a lot. And with new work I'll be much freer to tell all the establishment people to piss off while my team outperforms all the sycophants and indoctrinated drones.
