Until the playoffs. No point risking Dax injury and Romo deserves some playing time to earn a contract next year with another team.

If Dak was an 8 year starter, I'd agree. Don't want my rookie QB going into the playoffs without having played a game in over a month. If they want to rest him, do it on week 16

I would be more conservative with my running backs. Ezekiel Elliott is a hell of an athlete and could not be easily replaced. Would also get 2nd string players as many reps as possible to make in order a Super Bowl run.
He's a running back. He's amazingly easy replace. Terrible draft pick. Run him until he can't run.

We used to have the Quasimoto offense as the Budweiser Cardinal National flag football champs - had 3 QBs, 1 at shotgun and one on each side, split not wide but about halfway. Had hundreds of options.
