3xl Jersey should work. I saw a cute A&M Jersey at the pet supply store today and it made me sad that it wouldn't fit her. Maybe for the rabbit!

Depends on if you would be willing to take the time to crate train the pup since you're in an apartment*

*I needed the first two weeks to get both of us used to everything...which is why I waited so long
