A friend of mine has one. It looks okay, but it just feels much much lighter than a real gold aggie ring. I personally want to get my aggie ring in gold. I think they look best that way. It will be the only gold ring that I wear though. All of my other rings are either sliver or white gold.

They're not bad. It's just a matter of personal preference. It's good that they have the option available for people such as yourself who can't wear yellow gold.

I love it. Something different I guess.

Don't have a picture of it though. Think silver with a dark/grey background.

Having an Aggie ring in white gold kind of defeats the purpose of getting a ring just like everyone else's... The gold Aggie ring is instantly noticed - I've met many other Aggies randomly this way.

Besides, they look pretty ugly in white gold.

I never considered it, because the most recognizable thing about an Aggie Ring at first glance is the yellow gold color of it. With a silver-looking ring, people might think it's just another college or high school ring.

i personally dont like them at all, but its not my ring.

a lot of my buddies made fun of me because i wanted a diamond in my ring. but finally i decided its my ring and the one i will be wearing for a long time, so i decided to make sure and get the exact one i wanted.

so if white gold is your thing, go for it.

I'm telling you people knew my ring was an Aggie ring. I have seen gold rings from a distance that looked like Aggie rings, but upon closer appearance weren't.

I guess then those of us unable to wear yellow gold should just not wear a ring of our University.

I'm glad to know my 160+ hours are pointless.

They were common around the '79 or '80 time frame when gold was $800.00 per oz. I was eligible for my ring in 1979 but I waited until 1983 (three years after I graduated) to buy my ring because my wife and I couldn't afford the gold one until then.

Exactly Tanya. I've never had someone ask me where I went to school because you can still tell. If you are far off, I've seen other rings that are similar to Aggie rings (yellow or white).

I wear white because my wedding band is platinum and they look better together.

I will note that I've never seen a white-gold Aggie ring on eBay, so if anything, us white-gold folks are better Ags (seeing as how we don't sell our rings).

my white gold w/ antiquing looks more like the "regular" gold ring w/ antiquing then those big pimp daddy rose ones.

People recognize mine all the time, though some people say "what happened to it?"
