This 5th set of the Nadal & Muller match is pretty great.

Muller had 2 match points but Rafa pulled out some incredible serves to hold.

I thought Muller blew it when he was up 10-9 and had 2 match points.

That dude was in the zone. Incredible up against Rafa and that pressure.

Federer still the favorite, but he has no easy draw.

It is insane to think that in 2017, the first 3 GS's of the year could be Federer/Nadal/Federer.

5 years ago, ESPN was producing 3,000 word articles wondering if it was the end of Federer.

Fed finishes off Raonic in straight sets.

Has to be a huge favorite now. He has dominated Berdych the last few years, but Cilic has beaten him in a GS final I believe.

Either way, Federer has somehow looked 2 steps above every other player on the grass so far this year. And he's fixing to turn 36!

One of my children is a big 'Fed' fan. He was only 8 when Federer and Andy Roddick faced off in that epic Wimbledon final. The entire family was rooting for Andy except Roger's loyal little fan who staunchly refused to give way before heaps of sibling abuse and accusations of unpatriotic behavior.
Federer is amazing regardless of who he plays, I hope he plays Sam Q. It could make for a fun time in our house....

It'll be management of unforced errors for Cilic today. If he can play lights out he can overpower Fed like he did at the US open a few years ago, but Fed will make him have to earn it.

Yeah. Was really hoping for a better performance from Cilic.

What's funny, and slightly ironic, is that the one person who predicted Cilic to make a deep run here was Federer.

This is really too bad, and I'm sure not the way Fed wants to win one. He'll be classy as ever at the end, but this will be a forgotten championship.

Too had for Cilic. Hopefully something is physically wrong and not mentally because he has the kind of power that could have really made it a match.

Not sure.

What's crazy is that if he were anyone else other than maybe Nadal, him winning 2 GS's at 35 would be the craziest sports story ever.

But with him it's just expected.

Forget Tiger. This is the iconic athlete I'll tell my kids and grandkids about. Simply incredible.

I don't give ESPN credit often so when I do I need to make sure I point it to out.

Having the announcers booth stfu during the post championship on-court presentation is so relieving.


Also, the espn tennis team is by far the best group of announcers of any sport on any network.
