Radek Faksa Injured in Loss

With the way the U.S. looked on Saturday and the Stars players going down left and right I'm just ready for this World Cup to be over sooner rather than later.

Watching the North American Team has been quite a treat though.

Not sure how I feel about this. You can see flashes of what he has, but far to often he just looks low & lazy out there. He's also not happy in Dallas. He told Dan in an interview last season that he really didnt have any friends on the team.

Also another million to throw at Bishop

Sturm thinks it can be good for the Stars and Val. 2 year deal is basically like the stint in the minors he should have had. If he comes back to the NHL the Stars still own his rights.

Seems he doesn't need to be protected if he's over there. Apparently he has a 1 yr opt out to come back. If he opts out does he need to be protected then?
