Obviously, an internet search of this subject will bring up all sorts of scams.

I work full-time 8-5 but am interested in a side job in the evening/weekends taking customer service calls for something like Discover or a hotel, etc.

Does anyone have an experience with this?

Know one that works for delta and another that works for American airlines but as their job. Think can work less than full time but have on call times where you typically get activated when the weather is bad to deal with irate customers who have had their flights cancelled.
